Welcome to minirank. By using the minirank app or website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. User-generated content

minirank allows users to upload images and participate in collaborative rankings. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have the right to share it.
• The content does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• The content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Prohibited content

You may not upload or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene.
• Contains pornography, sexually explicit material, or nudity.
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against individuals or groups.
• Contains personal information of others without their consent.
• Is spam, deceptive, or misleading.
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Exploits or endangers minors in any way.

3. Content moderation and reporting

minirank reserves the right to review, filter, and remove any content that violates these Terms. Users can report objectionable content directly within the app using the flag feature. We aim to review all reports within 24 hours. We may remove content and restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.

4. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service to bully, harass, or intimidate others.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its systems.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Blocking abusive users

minirank provides the ability to flag content and report abusive behavior. We may block users who engage in abusive conduct from accessing the service.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant minirank a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the service.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, minirank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
